This CPD will consider tax litigation from an EU perspective; including key and recent EU Case Law, and their application in CJEU and national court fora.

Speaker: Catherine Donnelly SC | Catherine was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2007 and was called to the Inner Bar in 2020. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2003 (Gray’s Inn). Her practice ranges from EU Law, Constitutional, Commercial and Public Law.
