Dearbhla M Cunningham BL

Dearbhla Cunningham is a practising barrister since 2006.  She specialises in tax litigation and tax advisory work regularly appearing before the Tax Appeals Commission and the Superior Courts representing both taxpayers and the Revenue Commissioners.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland and a Chartered Tax Adviser. She is a committee member of the Tax Bar Association. Prior to joining the Law Library, Dearbhla was a senior tax manager in a Big Four firm. Dearbhla has lectured and published widely on tax matters.
