Revenue Solicitor

Juliana, as the Revenue Solicitor, is responsible for providing a comprehensive in-house legal service to the Revenue Commissioners. This diverse legal function includes the conduct of tax and customs appeals, litigation before the Courts and the prosecution of Revenue related criminal offences. Juliana also has corporate responsibilities as a member of Revenue’s Management Advisory Board.
Juliana is a graduate of University College Dublin, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2009 and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Irish Tax Institute.
Juliana began her career as a general practice Solicitor, becoming a partner in a Dublin law firm before taking up the role of State Solicitor with the Chief State Solicitor’s Office practising in EU law.
Juliana joined Revenue in 2022 and was appointed to the position of Revenue Solicitor/Assistant Secretary in July 2025.
